  • Sound familiar?

  • The quote just says "website design". So what is actually included?

  • There was never a written brief. Are we even picturing the same website?

  • So many options and so much jargon. Which of it actually helps my business?

  • The site is live, but it doesn't feel like our company.

  • Changing one photo takes a week. Can the business wait that long?

  • After launch, will anyone still pick up the phone?

We start with the details of you.

Understand first, then build

Who your customers are, where they find you, what they ask you most; the name, colours and tone you already use. Small things like these decide what your website says, and what it says first.

How we work with you

From our first chat to long after launch

Every project is different, but the order we work in stays the same.

  1. First meeting

    We listen first

Your business, your customers, your budget, and the questions people ask you most. We ask a lot, because those questions are exactly what your website has to answer.

  2. Before we design

    We study your industry

How others in your field present themselves, and the words your customers search with. Pages are organised by who is reading, not by what is easiest for us.

  3. In writing

We agree on what to expect

Pages, content, timeline, what is included and what is not, in one short written plan. You know what you will get, and we know what we have to deliver.

  4. Word by word

    Words and design

English and Chinese are planned together from day one, in sentences your customers understand. Colours come from your own logo, and nothing goes live until you have read it.

  5. Before launch

We test it on phones and tablets

Every page is checked on phone, tablet and desktop. Forms keep spam out, and one tap on WhatsApp reaches you.

  6. After

    It is yours to run

You change words and photos yourself, no code needed. After launch we keep looking at what could work better.

Who it's for

  • A new business that needs its first proper website.
  • A company whose website looks older than the business.
  • A firm that needs English and Chinese, and wants to change the text without emailing anyone.

What we cover

Design

Brand-led design
Company websites are designed from a blank page around your logo, colours and type. Online shops start from a Shopify theme, then are restyled to match your brand.
Bilingual structure
English and Chinese are planned from the site structure up: a separate address for each language, a one-click switcher, and hreflang tags so search engines can tell the versions apart.
Enquiries
Spam-protected enquiry forms, one-tap WhatsApp and online booking where it fits, set up around how your customers like to reach you.

Build

Responsive and fast
Designed mobile-first for phones, tablets and desktops. Images are compressed and loaded only when needed, with Google's Core Web Vitals as the benchmark.
Content management
Update text, photos and articles yourself in a simple dashboard, with no code. The layout stays protected, so editing content never breaks the design.
SEO foundations
Unique titles and descriptions for every page, structured data, an XML sitemap and social sharing previews, so Google can read the site properly from launch day.

Launch and care

Domain, hosting and SSL
We set up your domain, hosting and SSL certificate. The domain is held in your name.
Ongoing care
A monthly care plan covers hosting, regular backups, security updates and content changes.

Each project uses what it needs, and every item is listed in your quote.

Prices

Every project is different, so we quote each one. You get an itemised quote that shows where each part of the budget goes, and what's optional.

The price depends on the number of pages and layouts, who writes the words, how many languages, products and payment options, and any systems the site has to connect to.

Third-party costs, such as Shopify's monthly plan or your domain (about HK$100–300 a year), are listed separately in every quote.

Questions

How much does a website cost in Hong Kong?

In Hong Kong, a landing page usually costs HK$5,000–15,000 and a custom-designed company website HK$30,000–80,000 or more. We quote each project and itemise it, so you can see what each part costs. The price guide explains what moves the price.

How long does it take?

A small website usually takes one to two weeks from our first conversation to launch. Larger projects, such as online shops or sites with many pages and features, take four to eight weeks or more.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. Text and photos can be changed in a simple editor, and we show you how before launch.

Who owns the domain and the website?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the website is yours.

Do you write the content?

We plan the structure of every page and tidy the copy you give us. If you'd like us to write it from scratch, we quote that separately.

Do you build online shops?

Yes, on Shopify for most shops. We start from a Shopify theme and adapt it to your brand, so you get a proven checkout without paying for a design built from nothing. Local payments such as FPS and PayMe are added through a payment provider.
